A perfect lunch to kick-off football season! Bayou Jamb is hosting a tailgate cook-off at the Ruston Convention Center on Wednesday August 24th from 11:00 am-3:00 pm.  We will have great tailgate food and tons of fun. Don’t miss cheering for your favorite team while showing support for your favorite school. Chefs battle it out for the Jambin’ Tailgate Taste  Trophy.

General Admission $10 Includes one (1) complimentary sample from each participating competitor and complimentary drink. 

VIT Wristband (Very Important Tailgater) - $25 Includes unlimited complimentary sample from each participating competitor, water and soft drink or tea. Access to the VIT Lounge with one-on-one interaction and lunch with participating Head Football Coaches.
